Yep, it’s true.

As reported at the end of CCU Episode #110, The Cup Car Update has taken it’s final checkered flag and loaded up onto the hauler.

We have really, truly enjoyed being an active part of the NASCAR community over these last 16 months. Currently however, Jessica and I both find that our other commitments are making it impossible to maintain the production schedule needed to bring you an accurate and timely, Cup Car Update.

The CCU has always been a volunteer effort, created and produced out of our love for this sport but as so often happens with things we do “for fun” it is what has to be given up when the “must do” things in our life demand more time.

While we don’t foresee this situation changing in the near future, if the rest of our commitments were to go away or if the “non revenue generating” status of the CCU were to change - we’d love to be back, with all of the race previews, wrap-ups and news that you have come to expect from the CCU.

Till then though, on behalf of Jessica and myself I want to let each of you know how much we have truly appreciated your listening to us!
